DELIVERY
We do our best to deliver your order, two days after payment confirmation has been received.
RETURNS
You may return your purchase up until 14 days after the delivery date.
Please fill in the return form and forward this to us before returning the purchase.

The following restrictions apply when returning items:
- Bed Linen may not be returned.
- Items which have not been reported before delivery will not be accepted.
- Items should be packed in their original packing and be damage-free and in a saleable condition.
- All delivery costs, including returning damaged items to customer, should be paid by the customer.
- As soon as we have received the returned items and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment within 6 business days using the same payment method as used in the original order.
DELIVERY COSTS
All delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.
Netherlands: € 8,95 including VAT
Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: €14,00 including VAT
France, United Kingdom (not including Northern Ireland): € 17,50 including VAT.
All other European countries: € 22,50 including VAT
